Reason for collection
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess website or project needs, prepare recommendations, provide agreed services and improve the enquiry process.
Storage and email
Form submissions are stored by the website hosting and database provider. Where configured, an email provider sends a notification to WEBKRAWL STUDIO. Providers may process information outside New Zealand.
Analytics
Limited first-party interaction events are recorded to understand whether navigation, forms and calls to action work. No Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies are installed unless this statement is updated.
Retention and security
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Practical safeguards are used to reduce loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
